The Bill (Reg.№0956) envisages the determining of the legal basis, economic and organizational relations concerning the formation and functioning of the scientific parks that are founded on the basis of the higher educational institutions of the IV accreditation level and scientific estate of Ukraine.
It was declared during the meeting that the remarks expressed during the sitting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the 15th of January 2009 were taken into account as well as the motions and remarks concerning the control and responsibility issues for the implementation of the projects of scientific park to which the state assistance is allotted.
According to the embers of the committee, the implementation of the principles of the Bill should intensify the elaboration, production and realization of the highly technological production within the inner and external markets.
